We are confident that you will love our products, however, we do understand that sometimes the products aren’t always what you were looking for.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process refunds. Although, we do offer exchanges or credit notes for the value of your purchase.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative item(s) please ensure you let us know so we are able to put your exchange to one side to ensure no one else can purchase it. Our items sell fast so we wouldn’t want you to miss out!
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If you would like an exchange, we will exchange a with reduced rate postage of £2, as a gesture of good will. This can either be popped in the postage bag or sent to us via paypal.
When returning the package we advise to send tracked and to gain proof of postage, in the unlikely event the item goes missing - we are not responsible for any missing packages.
If you do wish to return your item it must be returned to us within 14 days from receiving. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels/tags attached and must be in original, saleable condition. There must not be any makeup stains, deodorant or fake tan marks, signs of wear or damaged etc.
Once we have received the item, please allow 2-3 working days for your exchange to be dispatched or your credit note to be issued.

If your item is deemed faulty ALL items must be returned to us within 72 hours of receiving the item. We must be notified ASAP (with photographic evidence) so we can inform you of the return address. If the item is still in stock we will send a replacement however if not, you will receive a store credit. The postage costs for returned items that are deemed faulty are the customer’s responsibility. All packaging and tags must be kept on the item.
No bikinis or make up brushes can be exchanged or returned in any case due to hygiene reasons.
