We are confident that you will love our products, however, we do understand that sometimes the products aren’t always what you were looking for.
We are happy to provide a full refund for items that are unworn, in the same saleable condition, in the original packaging with tags attached and received back with us within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please note refunds may take 1-7 working days to be processed and then it may take a few days for the funds to be show in your bank, dependent on your card issuer.
Please note we do not refund any shipping costs.
If you used a credit note or gift voucher to make a purchase, the refund will go back onto that method of payment.
If you do wish to return your item it must be back with us within 14 days from your order being delivered. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels/tags attached and must be in original, saleable condition. There must not be any makeup stains, deodorant or fake tan marks, signs of wear or damaged etc.
When returning the package we advise to send tracked and to gain proof of postage, in the unlikely event the item goes missing - we are not responsible for any missing packages. For ease, please put a piece of paper in the bag with your order number& name on so we can identify your order quickly.
If you would like an exchange, we will dispatch the exchange to you with a reduced rate postage of £2, as a gesture of good will. This can either be popped in the postage bag or sent to us via paypal.
Once we have received the item, please allow 2-3 working days for your exchange to be dispatched.

We are sorry if you have received a faulty item! Please notify us immediately with pictures. If your item is deemed faulty your item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item. If the item is still in stock we will send a replacement however if not, you will receive a store credit. The postage costs for returned items that are deemed faulty are the customer’s responsibility. All packaging and tags must be kept on the item.
No bikinis or make up brushes can be exchanged or returned in any case due to hygiene reasons.
